Our wide selection of properties covers everything from ancient, historic houses in rural areas to modern day contemporary homes close to beaches.
They are suitable for holidays for every occasion; from a cottage hideaway for a couple or a two or three bedroom house for a family holiday, to villas large enough for several families wishing to holiday together. Choose from properties close to towns and villages to houses a little more off the beaten track, perfect for exploring the region and experiencing the local way of life.
The prices shown throughout this web site are for the rental of the property on a 'per week per property' basis, and are not per person.
THAT LITTLE BIT EXTRA...
For many guests, a villa holiday is the perfect chance to enjoy freedom, relaxation and flexibility, while others may like the option of a few extra services to make their holiday memorable.
It may be that you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary and would like to make the day special. Perhaps you'd like to visit a historic site or take a guided walk, or maybe have a local cook come to prepare a meal in the comfort of your own holiday home. Whatever it is, we are here to help. Our additional services vary from region to region and from property to property. Just give us a ring and our staff will guide you through the options for your holiday.
PRIVATE CHEFS AND COOKING SERVICE
What better way is there of getting to know a region than sampling the local cuisine?
At some of our properties we can arrange to have a meal prepared for you during your holiday. Sometimes we can call on the services of a local cook to come to your villa or even help you plan a cooking day tutored by a top chef!
EXTRA CLEANING SERVICE
We know that the vast majority of our clients want a certain level of privacy whilst on holiday and our cleaning service is organised to cause you the minimum of intrusion.
Additional cleaning or laundry services can usually be arranged at a cost of approx €15 - €20 per hour (payable locally).
STOCK THE FRIDGE
Going to the shops and local markets is a great part
of the holiday experience. However we appreciate
that you may not wish to dash out to the shops as
soon as you arrive on holiday, particularly if you
are on a later flight. In all our properties we
provide a basic welcome pack and in some
properties we can do some additional shopping
on your behalf.
Simply contact us at least two weeks before you leave the UK and we will take care of it for you. (A service charge may apply.)
PAMPER BY THE POOL
A good holiday should leave you feeling totally relaxed and help you forget the stresses of day-today life. What better way is there to unwind than being pampered by the pool with a massage, at a time to suit you?
This service is available in all of our properties in Mallorca and other selected properties.
INCLUDED IN YOUR VINTAGE TRAVEL HOLIDAY
- A very personal and knowledgeable service both here in the UK and overseas.
- Your chosen property will be as described and will be freshly prepared for your arrival.
- All beds will be made up with freshly laundered linen. Your bed linen and towels will be changed at least once a week.
- We recognise that many of our clients travel with infants and may require a cot and highchair to be readily available at our family houses. In most cases these will be provided free of charge, if requested at the time of booking.
- A complimentary welcome food pack including essentials such as tea, coffee, water, milk, bread, preserves, pasta and sauce and the all-important bottle of wine will be waiting for you on arrival. (Please note that contents may vary by region.)
- Pool/beach towels are provided at most properties, so there's no need to use up luggage space or risk exceeding strict airline baggage allowances.
- Free flight search service. We are happy to research flights on your behalf.
YOUR REPRESENTATIVE - YOUR LOCAL EXPERT
We are picky about the people that we choose to look after you! Your local representatives are longstanding local residents, usually British, who are fluent or bi-lingual in the local language. They are passionate about the country they live in and are enthusiastic about showing their extensive local knowledge.
Friendly, discreet and unobtrusive, their aim is to help you to get the most out of your holiday. Having ensured that you have settled in, their role is to be there at the end of a telephone, or in person, when you require their help and advice, and they will respect your desire for privacy at other times. Tell them how you would like to spend your time on holiday and they can apply their knowledge and local contacts to ensure that your time is spent enjoying your holiday.
Although we do not sell 'excursions' your representatives will be happy to advise you about a whole host of activities and events, and during their visit they will be able to recommend restaurants and provide you with information about local events, festivals, boat hire, cycle hire, horse riding, walks etc.
Not all of our houses are visited by a representative: in some areas the owner, caretaker or local agent will look after you. Whichever the case, you will always find that they are more than eager to share their knowledge.
In each of our houses you will find a copy of our own extensive guide book, put together using our accumulated knowledge of the immediate area: it contains information on places of interest, ideas for days out, restaurant recommendations, suggested things to do and local contact information.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AND INSURANCE
We are not a 'Package Holiday' company, which means that you have complete flexibility in planning your travel arrangements.
You can opt to take your own car and make use of the various Channel crossings available. If you prefer to fly, the majority of our holiday destinations are served by a range of airlines, with departures from many regional airports in the UK.
We are agents for and have access to all the major charter, scheduled and low cost carriers and are happy to cost any flight for you. We can also book all of your airport parking or valet parking on your behalf.
Car hire is also an important part of your holiday arrangements and will generally enhance the pleasure of your holiday by enabling you to explore the surrounding area at your own pace. We can arrange car hire for you at every one of the airports near our destinations and smooth the way so that the vehicle is ready and waiting to meet your flight.

FOR COUPLES AND SMALL PARTIES
In each area we have a number of smaller houses, of one or two bedrooms, especially suitable for a couple or small family and, like all our properties, each of these also has a private swimming pool.
SMALL PARTY RATES
Many of our larger properties are offered at reduced rates for lower occupancies, making them suitable for smaller groups and couples.
Please note that when taking advantage of this Small Party Rate you will still have exclusive use of the property, grounds and swimming pool.
Throughout this web site, properties are sometimes referred to as offering 'Small Party Rate' in the property title line, whenever a smaller party reate is available separate price and the words Sleeps Up to xx will be shown in the price panel.
