We are delighted to be able to offer this immaculately presented property, which sits amidst spacious and well tended grounds and boasts all of the detail and comfort of a much loved family home.

From the attractive garden of wide lawns, mature trees and colourful flowerbeds framed by neatly clipped hedges, the pleasing outlook encompasses a picturesque panorama of rural scenery, with the impressive mountains of the National Park of Sierra de las Nieves clearly visible in the distance.

This view can be enjoyed from the covered terrace that lines the front of the house, whilst to the rear, the smart belvedere, wide patio and in-built barbecue that lie to the side of the swimming pool provide an ideal setting for dining al fresco.

Situated off a country lane that leads to a number of other similar properties, the location of La Oliva is essentially rural and yet amenities are nevertheless conveniently close to hand.

A 10 minute drive will take you to the historic centre of Ronda, where a famous gorge divides the old part of the town from the new and the choice of restaurants is extensive. Alternatively, the impressive cities of Sevilla, Córdoba and Granada are all appealing options for a day trip.

Holidays taken between 13/7/13 - 31/8/13 include a supper of typical local tapas, served with wine on a day and time of your choice.
