The situation of this fine and imposing stone 'masia' is privileged. In an elevated spot on the pine clad slopes that rise up from the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, Can Tilly looks out across a picturesque panorama of wooded hillside, with the nearby sea sparkling just beyond.

Careful craftsmanship and skilled masonry have ensured that the construction of Can Tilly faithfully respects the style of a traditional 'masia', whilst at the same time incorporating the modern appliances and home comforts that befit a property of such status.

Generously proportioned over three levels, the interior is light and spacious, with the principal bedroom at the top of the house boasting three arched windows that perfectly frame the superb sea views.

Whilst many happy hours will be spent surveying this impressive scene from the house patios and terraces, a leisurely stroll downhill will bring you to the village of Tamariu. Here, the golden sands of the pretty horseshoe bay are backed by a pleasing selection of local restaurants with open terraces that overlook the translucent water.

Whilst most amenities can be found here, Palafrugell is only 5km away with a wide range of shops, restaurants and a colourful Sunday market. Close to the house a well marked walking trail takes you along the stunning coastline to Llafranc, via the picturesque cove of La Pedrosa, perfect for a mid-walk swim and picnic.
