Ca'l Perdiu Vell is a very pretty house sitting in a mature, well stocked garden at the end of a short country track. With impressive views across to the mountains bordering the nearby Roman town of Pollença this lovely location offers very easy access to all amenities and at the same time enjoys an essentially rural and tranquil position. The best of both worlds one might say.

The immaculately kept interior, well decorated and comfortably furnished is graced by a splendid dining room, living room and kitchen, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. An impressive staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a marvellous double bedroom with en suite shower room.

From the first floor as well as from the covered front terrace and poolside there are spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

There is ample sunbathing space around the private swimming pool which enjoys a particularly sunny position in the grounds surrounded by shrubs and well tended lawn. Mature olive trees on the pool terrace provide additional shade in which to relax with your holiday reading or maybe take a post-lunch siesta. Or both.

From this lovely position, you are only 1km from Pollença golf club and just over 2km from the wonderful old town itself where cobbled streets, a superb range of amenities and a wealth of locally recommended restaurants combine to create one of the most atmospheric locations on all Mallorca.

The sandy, family friendly cove beaches of Cala Sant Vicenç are a 12 minute drive away with the impressive broad sweep of Pollença Bay just 5 minutes further.
