Beautifully located amongst pine and wild olive trees on the edge of the pretty rural town of Lloret lies Sa Rota de Ca'n Blanc, a charming and comfortable country hideaway from which to experience and explore the rural heartland of Mallorca.

The great care taken by the owners in decorating and furnishing their lovely property is immediately apparent. Internally a bright and fresh colour scheme has been chosen and this blends in perfectly with the beamed ceilings, attractive tiling and pretty local fabrics to create an atmosphere that is homely and welcoming.

Outside, the long, shaded front terrace looks across to a larger than average private swimming pool that sparkles invitingly in a sunny corner of the garden. A total of over six acres of wooded grounds surround this delightful house.

All amenities are available within 2km at the market town of Lloret. Dotted around the vicinity are several recommended restaurants with nearby Sineu (5km) boasting a choice of over 20 to choose from! Being centrally located on the island means that the south, north and east coasts with their vast choice of sandy beaches can all be easily reached in 30-35 minutes.
