Tucked away off an unmade country track in the beautiful rural heartland this comfortable property has become one of our most popular. Son Mulet's thoughtful owners take care to provide everything needed for a wonderful holiday making this house the perfect choice for anyone seeking a completely relaxing escape in unspoilt, scenic surroundings.

The fully enclosed grounds are home to a variety of colourful plants, mature shrubs, fruit trees and an interesting vegetable garden with pride of place going to the large and very attractive private swimming pool.

All amenities including a popular local restaurant can be found at nearby Llubí (2km), a small agricultural town of just 2000 inhabitants famous for almonds, carobs and capers. From Llubí 's railway station, the train will take you through some lovely countryside directly to Palma in about 45 minutes.

Further amenities are found at Santa Margarita (8km) and the fascinating town of Sineu (7km), which locals consider to be the central point of Mallorca. Here, as it has done for the past 700 years, the Wednesday market fills the narrow alleyways around the church and over 20 individual restaurants compete for attention.

Walkers will find a pleasing choice of routes around the local countryside, many using Llubí 's ancient hermitage as a landmark. The beaches and sweeping sandy bays of the north and north-east coastlines can be reached in about a 20 minute drive.
