From this very well appointed house it is just 700m downhill to the long, shelving sandy beach at Pals, where a choice of beachside restaurants and lovely views across to the Isles Medes await.
Hidden on the other side of the headland lies the naturist beach of Platja del Racó while a little further on Sa Riera itself is a picturesque, pine clad sandy cove boasting an additional handful of local restaurants.
Internally the spacious living area is light, airy and ideal for relaxed summer living. Patio doors lead out onto a sunny terrace overlooking the fine pool just below with steps leading down from here and from the principal bedroom directly to the poolside sun terrace.
Pals' family friendly beach is renowned for its windsurfing, sailing and surfboarding facilities.The archipelago of the Isles Medes is the Mediterranean's largest natural marine reserve and a noted location for scuba diving enthusiasts with several local schools offering lessons and day trips. Golfers will enjoy the nearby championship golf course.
Palau Sator, Peratallada and Monells, the celebrated 'golden triangle' of medieval hilltop villages are all very close while a short 8 minute drive brings you to Begur with its medieval castle, excellent amenities and several respected restaurants.
