This is a charming, light and beautifully presented house that sits within enclosed grounds in the countryside between Es Castell and Sant Lluís. Its location is enviable since both towns are equidistant and within easy reach. Whilst Es Castell's pretty thumb shaped cove of Cales Fonts and its waterfront bars and eateries are just over 2km away in one direction, a short drive of the same duration in the other reveals the trim, brightly whitewashed terraced houses and restaurants of Sant Lluís.

Recently converted, the property offers accommodation that is cheerful and attractive. In the open plan living room, comfortable furniture sits atop a floor of terracotta tiles and a breakfast bar divides the well equipped kitchen from the sitting/dining area.

One of the bedrooms and a pretty shower room sporting colourful rustic tiles lie off this area, whilst the other two bedrooms and second shower room are on a lower level, accessed via stairs from the living room.

Outside, the well maintained grounds have most certainly been designed with outdoor catering in mind. Alongside the pool, an impressive barbecue terrace comes complete with sink and work surfaces, whilst tables and chairs can be found either under the shade of a nearby tree or on the covered terrace that adjoins the house.

Set back along a country lane just off the road that joins Es Castell to Sant Lluís, Ca Na Luisa enjoys easy access to the two nearby towns, although guests do not need to travel much further to discover the delightful capital of Maó, which is only 5km away.
