Enjoying an elevated position above the local village of Ventín, this attractive country home sits amidst spacious grounds of wide lawns and mature trees and overlooks a sweeping panorama of rolling fields and wooded hills.

The spacious well tended gardens are clearly designed for outdoor living. Beyond the rear door of the house, a wide terrace looks across the lawned garden and pool, to the side of which a spacious garden house complete with long table, benches and barbecue provides a charming venue for outdoor catering.  Lined on one side by wide windows, the latter encompasses views over the pool below and across the picturesque countryside beyond. In the well appointed interior of the house, the accommodation is bright and comfortable, with picture windows framing the country scenes.

Whilst the property sits on its own above Ventín, the local village shop can be reached on foot although a wider range of facilities and some local restaurants can be found in nearby Fornelos, which is some 3.5km away.The charming town of Pontevedra with its attractive old quarter and nearby sandy beaches is some 25 minutes from the house, making the sea easily accessible for a day trip.
