The restoration of this fine 18th Century country home has been a true labour of love for its proud owners. Your entry through the main gates will reveal wide sweeping lawns, attractive stone terraces and a well equipped barbecue area. With such a wealth of diversions on your doorstep, you may not wish to wander far and amenities are conveniently close to hand.
The local village of Sequiade in which the property stands has a range of basic shops, including a small supermarket, chemist and café, all of which are within 700m of the house. The nearest restaurant is 3km away, whilst the historic towns of Barcelos and Braga can be reached by way of a 10 and 15 minute drive respectively.
Ideal for large groups or sharing families who may require privacy from time to time, the three bedrooms that form part of the main house are complemented by three self contained suites. Finished to the same high standards as the rest of the accommodation, these flank the other side of a stone terrace and boast charming wood balconies that overlook the pool. Within the principal residence, the smart living room is spacious and thus enables everyone to relax together in comfort.
