  • Outside: Covered barbecue terrace. Open and covered terraces. Lawns.
  • Private swimming pool (7.5m x 4m, all one depth) with Roman steps.

Situated on the edge of the local village of Anceu with picturesque views across countryside of lush wooded slopes, this recently constructed home offers the appealing combination of smart contemporary accommodation and an attractive rural setting.

Careful and meticulous planning has created a property that is both stylish and practical. Italian floor tiles of elegant slate blue complement the up-to-date kitchen and tasteful furnishings.

Upstairs, it is polished wood that lines the floors of the beautifully presented bedrooms.The attractive living space provided by the sitting/dining room extends through wide French windows onto a covered patio that looks out across the swimming pool, whilst to the side and easily accessed from the kitchen is a barbecue terrace for outdoor catering.

You could be forgiven for not wishing to stray far from such a pleasant and comfortable setting. Nevertheless for those who do wish to explore, Eirados is conveniently situated to explore this rich and diverse region. Just 6km away is the pretty riverside town of Ponte-Caldelas,which has a range of shops and some excellent restaurants.  A 15 minute drive west of here is historic Pontevedra with its charming old quarter and impressive arcaded squares. Alternatively, for trips out to the beach, the sandy shores of Arcade are 20 minutes from the house by car.
