An imaginative design has ensured that this smart country home is charming and full of character, whilst its recent construction means that up-to-date features and appliances are very much in evidence. The result is a most comfortable and appealing holiday base that is only 10 minutes away by car from the unspoilt sandy beaches for which the Costa de la Luz is famed. 
The beautifully finished wood that makes this such an eye-catching feature has also been used in the open tread staircase that winds its way up from here to the first floor, where a cosy landing sits beneath the eaves and leads the way to two of the beautifully furnished bedrooms. Outside, the private pool sits within an attractive garden of lawn, terraces and flowerbeds around which the ochre painted walls and mature foliage that mark its boundary create a pleasing sense of privacy. From here, sorties to the nearby coast are an appealing option since a wide range of sandy coves and beaches can be reached by way of a short drive. The pretty fishing town of Conil de la Frontera is just 10 minutes away, whilst for basic amenities, the village of El Colorado is just over 1km from the house.
