- Ground floor: Open plan sitting/ dining room/ kitchen (fireplace, TV, CD, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave). Cloakroom. Central heating is available throughout the house (payable locally).
- First floor: Two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms are accessed via external doors to covered terrace.
It should be noted that the ground and first floors of the house are separately accessed externally and there is no connecting staircase inside.
- Outside: Pretty flowerbeds and lawns. Covered and open terraces. Private parking. In-built barbecue.
- Private swimming pool (10m x 4m) with Roman steps.

Situated off a country lane just a 10 minute drive from the pretty hilltop pueblo blanco of Vejer de la Frontera, this beautifully presented property sits within the grounds of an estate of olive groves. An obvious talent for interior design and careful attention to quality and detail has been employed in its recent restoration to produce smart and comfortable accommodation in a picturesque rural setting that is sure to delight couples or smaller groups.
The focal point of La Olivilla is an attractive cobbled courtyard, with an olive tree in its centre. From here, an open view across to the east encompasses the neat rows of the surrounding olive groves with the mountainous scenery of the Sierra de Grazalema just visible in the distance.
The swimming pool, surrounded by lawn and colourful flowerbeds, sits snugly in a corner just below. Alongside the courtyard sits the house, the ground floor of which is home to a well proportioned and tastefully furnished open plan living area. Upstairs, the two bedrooms both offer spacious and en suite facilities and are accessed by way of external doors from a terrace.
Whilst the property enjoys a rural situation, amenities are nevertheless pleasingly close to hand within the charming narrow streets and whitewashed walls of Vejer de la Frontera. A wide range of shops, tapas bars and restaurants can be found here, whilst just a 10 minute drive beyond the town lies the superb sweep of golden sand that is the beach of El Palmar.
The owners live in a separate house off one side of the courtyard. They will not use the garden and pool.
