Situated within attractive enclosed grounds in a pretty area of open fields and woodland, this smart country home enjoys all of the advantages of a rural location whilst at the same time being only 5 minutes by car from the long sandy beaches that make the Costa de la Luz such an appealing destination. 

You are welcomed, via a covered terrace, to an inviting and beautifully presented living room which exudes a pleasing sense of spaciousness thanks to its open plan layout. The warm hues of terracotta tiles and softly coloured paintwork add warmth, whilst pretty fabrics of floral or striped print finish off the homely ambience that prevails throughout the house. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms benefit from their own access to a covered terrace, which looks out across the open countryside that extends behind the property. Down below in the garden, lawns and a covered patio area surround the swimming pool.

So easily accessible are they from the house that the long beaches of golden sand that fringe this attractive coastline are likely to become a regular haunt of visitors staying at Casa Almendro. Whether you opt for one of the quiet country coves that lie just north of the charming whitewashed 'pueblo blanco' of Conil de la Frontera or a stretch of sand backed by a selection of the town's beachfront restaurants and cafes, you will never have far to travel. Conil is just a 10 minute drive from the house, with some of the rural beaches being even closer. All amenities and a good range of restaurants can be found in the charming fishing town, although just 1km away is the village of El Colorado, which has some small shops.
