Situated in a cul-de-sac close to amenities, this attractive house enjoys an enviable location within close proximity of both a sandy beach and the island's only golf course.The property has woodland to the rear, and the light spacious interior is comfortably furnished with much attention to detail by its careful owner. It has the benefit of heating for cooler evenings out of season, and plenty of patios for hot summer days.
With two supermarkets and several simple restaurants and bars just under 1km away, it is possible to stroll out to eat in the evening, although for those who wish to stay at home, there is a barbecue terrace behind the house. Only 1.5km away, the local sandy beach at Son Saura has shallow water for children and the benefit of a good bar/restaurant at one end, whilst the 18 hole Son Parc golf course is just 2km away. Tennis and bicycle hire are also available locally.
Although you have all facilities close to hand, Es Pi Verd is only 10km from the picturesque fishing harbour of Fornells in the north with its excellent selection of fish restaurants and choice of watersports. The market town of Es Mercadal is 15 minutes away and here you will find a good choice of shops and typical restaurants; the island capital of Maó is within easy reach.
