Located in a pleasant residential area and built to a high standard with tastefully chosen décor and furnishings, Selva del Mar has a definite Mediterranean feel. Being just 1km from the lovely curving sandy beach of Tamariu with its charming sprinkling of seafront restaurants, local bakers and grocery store makes this charming property the perfect base from which to enjoy this stunning coastline.

From the light and airy open plan living/dining room, south facing sliding doors lead straight out to the garden and pool area where a covered terrace offers shade on hot summer days and an in-built barbecue provides the ideal place to enjoy al fresco dining whilst supervising the children as they play in the swimming pool.

Upstairs, all of the bedrooms open onto a large sun terrace and provide the perfect spot to relax with a book or just enjoy the sea and mountain views. Visible in the distance is the ancient hilltop hermitage of San Sebastià, below which lies the majestic beach of Llafranc with its pretty marina and tree lined promenade.

Keen walkers will enjoy the abundance of coastal and inland walks whilst the more adventurous may wish to rent a boat from the little stone jetty in Tamariu and visit some of the many hidden coves, ideal for snorkelling and fishing.
