It is Villa Marta's close proximity to such a pretty coastline that makes its location so stunning. At the bottom of the garden, amidst lush shrubbery, a small wrought iron gate opens out onto a secluded lane from where a walk of just 10 minutes reveals the charming harbour of Fornells and unspoilt beach of Platja Fonda, a short distance behind which three smart restaurants can be found within the graceful surroundings of the Aigua Blava hotel. The adjacent coves of Malaret and Port de ses Orats are perfect for snorkelling.
With beaches and rocky inlets so close to hand and a choice of excellent restaurants just a few minutes away, you may feel no need to venture further. However, a drive of just 5 minutes takes you to Begur, a charming bustling town crowned with an impressive hilltop castle, whilst Aigua Blava beach is just 1.5km away and is the ideal place to relax at the waters edge whilst enjoying grilled fresh fish accompanied with a glass of chilled white wine.
