This charming and beautifully presented house enjoys a splendid position, nestled into a gentle wooded slope in an attractive residential area just outside the picturesque medieval town of Begur and only a short drive from the soft sandy beach at the renowned beauty spot of Aigua Blava.

Until recently used as the owner's family home, the light and bright interior is welcoming and well equipped, with an open plan living/dining area and adjoining kitchen opening onto a barbecue patio that is ideal for outdoor catering.

Steps, thoughtfully fitted with a lockable gate, lead the way to a fully enclosed garden where families will no doubt appreciate the pool which is also fenced and overlooked by a covered dining terrace, meaning that parents can relax with a good book and glass of local wine whilst supervising the children below.

Villa Juani is an excellent choice for those who wish to discover this spectacular rugged coastline, sprinkled as it is with an abundance of tiny inlets and unspoilt fishing villages such as Sa Riera, Sa Tuna and Tamariu where local fishermen still put out to sea at daybreak, their catch supplying the many family run seafront restaurants and colourful local markets.

The golden sands of Aigua Blava are just 3.8km away whilst only 1km from the house is the ancient town of Begur, crowned by a medieval stone castle and adorned with colonial style buildings that stand proudly within the confines of its enchanting narrow winding streets.

There are 30 steps leading up from the lane to the house. Flexible changeover days may be possible over certain periods at this house. Please enquire.
