Tucked away on the peaceful, wooded slopes above the Ca’n Bosc Valley Serelleta is in the same local family as one our most popular Mallorcan properties, Baldregat and shares the same unrivalled hillside location as its illustrious neighbour.

Privately ensconced in its own mature grounds, a spectacular panorama spreads out before you from the house terraces and poolside. Showcasing one of Mallorca’s most picturesque landscapes at its impressive best, the quite breathtaking view encompasses the Puig de Maria, the Boquer and Cala Sant Vicenç valleys, the extensive Bay of Pollença, rugged Formentor peninsula, the Cabo Pinar and, stretching out as far as the eye can see, the sparkling Mediterranean. From this truly prestigious vantage point even the island of Menorca can frequently be seen on the horizon.

Accessed from Pollença via a country lane that gently winds its way up into the Tramuntana foothills, Serelleta has the charm and feel of a true country hideaway and yet is only 4.5km from all amenities including the many first-class restaurants that populate the celebrated
Roman town.

Entering from the long, covered front terrace the house interior conveys an instant homely feeling with the principal living accommodation being open plan in design. Comfortable soft furnishings surround the fireplace, a dining area alongside and the kitchen, designated by an American bar, is located at the far end of the room. Each bedroom is well furnished with independently controlled air conditioning. Two bathrooms (one en suite) complete and perfectly compliment Serelleta’s excellent facilities.

Appealing and attractive, the outdoor areas are sure to be the focal point of your holiday. There is plenty of space for al fresco dining with a brick barbecue conveniently located close to the kitchen and gated stone steps leading directly down to the lower level where the spacious private pool and sun terrace are fringed by mature shrubs. Dotted around the grounds are holm oaks, lemon, pine, olive and carob trees.

Pollença golf course is 7.5km, various sandy beaches within a 15 minute drive while ramblers and birdwatchers will not be disappointed with the choice of walking trails and natural wildlife in the surrounding hills… although with a view that is undoubtedly amongst the best we have seen the temptation never to leave this bucolic haven is guaranteed to be high.
