Nestling at the bottom of a tree clad hillside that forms part of the Les Gavarres mountain range, just a 10 minute drive from the unspoilt virgin beach of Castell, this smartly appointed home enjoys a pleasing location in the pretty wooded area of Vall Llobrega and sits within a lawned garden that makes it ideal for young children.

A light and airy atmosphere prevails within the house thanks to the sliding patio doors that open from the spacious living/dining area onto a large covered terrace from where vistas to the sea at Palamós bay can be admired.  The accommodation is comfortable and well laid out with furniture and fittings of the highest standard.  Catering will be a pleasure in the up-to-date, well equipped kitchen, which is separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar.

Its situation on the border of a recognised local beauty spot, and so close not only to a good choice of restaurants but also the protected sandy bay of Castell, makes Cal Nano a perfect choice for those who wish to enjoy the pleasures of a beautiful coastline and at the same time relax in an area of vineyards, meadows and ancient forests of pine and cork oak.

Just 1.5km away, two restaurants and a local bar can be found in the hamlet of Vall Llobrega itself, whilst a short drive away is the fishing harbour of Palamós, famous for its succulent 'gambas' (prawns) and boasting an impressive choice of seafood restaurants and 'tapas' bars within its warren of cobbled back streets.
