Zoes is a stylish and comfortable house offering a choice between private pool and nearby beaches for swimming, glorious views as a backcloth to leisurely living, and the proximity of a bubbly and attractive little town when the urge to mingle becomes too hard to resist.

 

Light and airy, Zoes is designed to make unwinding an effortless process. The interior, airy and well planned, has been thoughtfully provided with modern comforts and a sense of spaciousness is evident. Open plan living accommodation and lofty, attic-style wood panelled ceilings in the bedrooms help create a delightfully relaxing ambience and make this attractive house an ideal holiday base.

One of the most outstanding features of Zoes must be the superb terrace that runs the length of the house. Relaxing out here in the sun or under the shade of the olive trees, your holiday reading will more than likely take second place to gazing at the panoramic sea views ahead of you.

Immediately below the house a seemingly endless procession of fishing boats, ferries and pleasure craft lazily go about their daily routines while directly across the bay the haphazard jumble of whitewashed townhouses that comprise Skopelos Town cascades down the hillside, their reflections bobbing and weaving on the sparkling water. Mesmerising.

Huddled around the town harbourfront, you will find a selection of boutiques, chic cafes and inviting waterside tavernas as well as a small sandy beach, all of which are about a 20–25 minute walk from Zoes.

The gorgeous beaches of Panormos and Glysteri, amongst several others, are within a 15 minute drive and this location is also perfect for those who enjoy exploring off the beaten track as the surrounding hillside is littered with trails and footpaths leading to – well we would not want to spoil any surprises.
