In searching for suitable additions to our portfolio, houses with breathtaking views in close proximity to charming, traditional villages are right at the top of our list. Nestled at the end of an unmade hillside track, as soon as we saw Ninas we instantly knew that our criteria had been met perfectly.

 

Enjoying a secluded, elevated position looking out over lush green olive groves to the iconic port of Skopelos Town, the sweeping panorama from Ninas is undoubtedly amongst our very best. In front of the villa is a wonderful private swimming pool whose suntrap terraces are the ideal spot in which to relax and savour the remarkable vista.
Interior decoration and furnishing has been carried out with an assured touch to create a stylish, relaxing ambience. Cleverly designed to maximise those astounding views, the extremely spacious living accommodation is ideal for smaller families or perhaps two couples travelling together. The welcoming, open plan living room and both bedrooms each have their own large terrace or balcony ensuring the benefits of this unique location are fully exploited.

For all amenities head to Skopelos Town (5km) where you will find a captivating atmosphere, lively harbour front, small beach and a wealth of options for a memorable meal of fresh fish or local specialities in one of the many waterfront tavernas. Relaxing, quintessentially Greek evenings are guaranteed here!

Without doubt Skopelos has some of the finest beaches in all of Greece. This emerald isle has an abundance of pebbly coves, sandy bays and rocky shores all boasting crystal clear, aquamarine waters. Particular favourites of ours are Milia and Kastani (12km) on the west coast, two fine ribbons of sand and pebbles blessed with sparkling waters and fringed by pinewoods. A smattering of tiny islets shimmer just offshore and the impressive silhouette of Skiathos crouches on the horizon. Lapped by sparkling turquoise seas, nearby Panormos is cut from the same cloth, another gorgeous pebbly crescent lined with inviting tavernas.

All in all Ninas is a great place to escape to for a peaceful, ‘away from it all’ type of holiday yet with good facilities close at hand.

TRANSFERS:   Villa rental includes private return taxi from Skiathos airport to the ferry port and ferry crossing to/from Skopelos.
