Just 4.5km from Menorca’'s longest stretch of golden sands and facing southeastwards across a panoramic vista of open fields crisscrossed by ancient dry stone walls, this recently restored country residence forms a striking landmark. Topped by an eye-catching stone cross, its whitewashed facade, contrasting deep green shutters and graceful arched entrance are just some of the charming features that make this such a quintessential Menorcan home, whilst the stylish furnishings and up-to-date appliances added during its refurbishment serve to further increase its appeal.

In the smart interior, a perfect blend of old and new has been created within rooms that are spacious and welcoming. Equally accessible in the other direction, Son Bou is 4.5km from the house and is home to the island's longest beach, the golden sands of which cover an impressive distance of 3km.
