Perfect for a couple or small family, it sits privately within an extensive garden of gently rolling lawns, colourful shrubs and ancient olive trees in the local hamlet of Porto d'Ave, just 5.5km from the town of Povoa de Lanhoso with its picturesque castle and Romanesque church.  Whilst the local shop, café and restaurant of the hamlet are just a short walk away, these enclosed grounds provide an ideal retreat, their many lawned areas and poolside terraces made private by the lush foliage of mature trees.

With local amenities available within the hamlet, you may not feel the need to venture far, although the shops and restaurants of Povoa de Lanhoso are just a ten minute drive away. Some 10km further on lies the historic city of Braga, whilst the sweeping sandy beaches of the blissfully unspoilt Costa Verde can be reached in under an hour.
