Directly opposite the venerable old Roman town of Pollença, the Puig de Maria is a small hill from whose summit the far-reaching views over the surrounding area to the coastline are indeed special. Nestling on the gently sloping lower reaches of the Puig we are proud to present Ca'n Colet; a beautifully finished stone house in an undoubtedly privileged position.

From the house windows and terraces excellent views can be enjoyed across to the outskirts of Pollença itself, a town with so much to offer.

Competing for attention in and around the narrow cobbled streets are ancient buildings full of character, a vibrant central square, enticing Sunday morning market and an excellent range of amenities that includes shops, banks, bars and many fine restaurants.

From this lovely property all of this can be reached in around a 15 minute walk (1km), just downhill and across the main road. With such a convenient location as your holiday base, many will consider a car far from essential.

Designed with care and attention to detail, the interior is very well proportioned and features beamed ceilings, a bright, fresh colour scheme, attractive artwork and individual air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Outside, extensive terracing, both covered and open, runs around the house with a good size lawn bordering one side of the ten metre long pool. All in all Ca'n Colet is a most welcoming home from home.

Nearby Port de Pollença (8km) marks the start of a sweeping sandy bay that stretches as far as Old Alcúdia while Cala Sant Vicenç (7kms) has two further sandy beaches. Cycling, wine tasting, golf and even bird watching are some of the readily available pastimes.
