You will not fail to be impressed by the unbroken rural panorama that spreads out before you, taking in a sweeping stretch of unblemished countryside all the way across to the famous stone towers of San Gimignano perched on the crest of a hill just 13km distant.

Sliding glass doors in the living/dining room and two of the bedrooms lead directly out onto the surrounding terrace making the house particularly light and welcoming, as well as showcasing the superb views to great effect.

A larger than average swimming pool occupies a wonderful sunny location in the middle of the lawns and terraces. The village of Campiglia is just 600m from the property and has a general store and trattoria serving local dishes.
Colle di Val D'Elsa (2km) is the nearest large town with comprehensive amenities including the Molino il Moro restaurant - much recommended by the locals for its food and traditional atmosphere. Siena (38km) and Florence (52km) can each be easily reached via a good road network. Rome is about 2 hours south.
The owner lives on the estate. Her residence is hidden from sight by trees and accessed by an independent driveway meaning your privacy is respected although she may on rare occasions use the pool and tennis court when guests are not present.
