Enjoying a privileged location alongside other similar properties in the attractive coastal neighbourhood of Aigua Xelida, Villa Petunias is located between the renowned beauty spot of Cala Marquesa and the shimmering turquoise waters of Aigua Blava bay. From its wonderful south facing, elevated position, the property commands stunning views across pine clad mountains to the sparkling Mediterranean beyond.

Traditional in style and furnishings, the house flows over three levels and will prove to be a welcoming, comfortable choice for larger families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together.  The open plan living/dining room with its high, beamed ceiling is a bright and airy space with a well equipped kitchen opening to one side. Patio doors lead out onto a spacious, shaded terrace inviting the enticing sea views to become part of the house itself.

Another large terrace and two private balconies, all enjoying the same picturesque outlook, provide ample space for everyone to find their own quiet spot to relax with a good book and glass of chilled wine or to simply soak up the fabulous views out towards the rugged coastline. Surrounded by a sun terrace, the swimming pool is conveniently located close to the games room, which will no doubt become the main centre of attraction for both adults and children.

A drive of 5 minutes downhill brings you to the beautiful fishing village of Tamariu, with its curving promenade, family friendly sandy beach and selection of fish restaurants and bars. There are also two grocery shops in the village where essentials can be purchased whilst Palafrugell, with its comprehensive amenities and wonderful daily fresh produce market, is just 5km away. Nearby Begur is a charming medieval town with several renowned restaurants, a weekly market, numerous chic boutiques and an impressive hilltop castle.
