All of this can be surveyed as a splendid 360 degree panoramic vista from the property's roof terrace, whilst the pool and its adjacent terraces enjoy the most picturesque of views across gently undulating countryside towards the nearby sea.
Its privileged position in the pretty rural community of Las Breñas means that Casa Mariola is only 300m from the nearest of the village's two restaurants, whilst the island's sandy shores are just 3.5km away via scenic lanes. This picturesque south-western corner of Lanzarote is home to some of the island's most sought after beaches, with the string of unspoilt sandy coves of Papagayo being only 20 minutes from the house on the most southerly tip of the coastline. Another of the islands highlights, the flower-decked village of Yaiza, provides all amenities and is just 7 minutes away by car.
