Within walking distance to the village tavernas and minimarket of Antipata, NIckie's stunning sea views from the pool terraces and balconies stop first time visitors in their tracks and ensure that this popular villa has remained a Vintage favourite! 
To take full advantage of those splendid views, the living accommodation is on Nickie’s upper level with an extensive sunny balcony providing al fresco dining and a restful atmosphere. Cleverly sited on the vast lower terrace, the private pool sparkles invitingly and there is plenty of room to admire the exceptional scenery while enjoying the feeling of space and freedom. As befitting such a privileged situation, Nickie’s local owners have designed, furnished and equipped their property with thought and careful attention to detail. Generously proportioned and easy to live in, the house has a very welcoming feel. Complementing the contemporary theme, muted restful hues of beige and taupe contrast with striking dark wood, providing an elegant touch giving the spacious living/dining and kitchen areas a relaxed atmosphere. The sleeping accommodation is equally thoughtful. All bedrooms have en suite facilities and enjoy sea and woodland views, while all have traditional wrought iron beds and tasteful touches throughout. The sleepy picturesque village of Antipata has a splendid Russian style church as a focal point, imbuing it with a timeless quality. Apart from Dafnoudi beach, Emblissi (4km) is another lovely beach of fine shingle and translucent water. Favoured by walkers and hikers the undeveloped Erissos peninsula offers meandering coastal pathways through oak forests and fields carpeted with golden wheat, wild strawberries and flowers. Bohemian market stalls, spice, lace and ceramic shops, a bakery serving delicious fresh pastries as well as a rich choice of bars and open air restaurants can all be found lining the iconic quayside at Fiscardo, a 10 minute drive.
