Ideally set on the hillside just above the coastal village of Telgruc sur Mer, this impressive modern property revels in magnificent views across the beautiful beach of Trez Bellec and out to the Celtic Sea. An elegant contemporary style has been achieved through contrasting light and dark hues in the décor, complemented by quality furnishings. 
Most bedrooms benefit from a glimpse of the sea, with the position of the principal bedroom affording a particularly breathtaking view over the bay. On the ground floor, the infinity pool can also be accessed from inside and extends out into the lower sun terrace when the rolltop door is fully open, thus ensuring swimming conditions all year round. The lower terrace also houses the jacuzzi, an ideal corner to unwind in peace. Trez Bellec plage is only 1km away down the hill, with fine light sand and a gently shelving beach. The Centre Nautique based at Trez Bellec offers rock climbing as well as watersports including sailing, windsurfing, surfing and kayaking. A selection of shops and restaurants as well as tennis courts can be found at Telgruc sur Mer (1.8km). Keen ramblers will look forward to exploring the dramatic unspoilt coastline of the peninsula, forming part of the extensive Parc Naturel d’Armorique. Furthermore the vibrant city of Brest (55km) is within easy reach, with an impressive Chateau, museums and art galleries as well as a wide variety of attractions including the first class aquarium centre Océanopolis.
