Set in a residential area on the outskirts of the pretty village of St Cézaire, this property allows guests to immerse themselves in the Provençal lifestyle and provides a convenient base from where the attractions of the Côte d'Azur can be easily accessed.


A contemporary designer kitchen sporting a red lacquer finish beautifully complements the stylish and spacious living area alongside, where large double aspect windows allow plenty of natural light to flood in. Mottled grey ceramic floor tiles blend with pastel shades and neutral tones throughout the living areas for a fresh and inviting ambience.

Comfortable seating in the mezzanine area provides an extra relaxation space, with flat screen television and pool table. Bedrooms are colourful and all have access to a terrace - of particular note are the eye-catching murals adorning the walls in the master bedroom and its generous en suite bathroom.

Outside, the enclosed expansive grounds will appeal to families with children keen to explore and play. The pool terrace is fringed by indigenous palms and shrubs where pretty stone walls add a traditional element. The well equipped summer kitchen is conveniently close to the pool to keep refreshments chilled for those long, balmy afternoons spent sunbathing. Just to the side, a delightful al fresco dining terrace awaits underneath a shady oak tree where meals can be enjoyed in ambient surroundings.

St Cézaire (1km) offers visitors a truly Provençal experience and is a short stroll from the property. Its hilltop location with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside is simply stunning and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés on offer centred around its quaint square. Larger supermarkets are a short car journey away in Peymeinade (7km) and the perfume town of Grasse (16km) offers an even wider choice. Nearby Mougins (25km) has become a draw for artists and celebrities over the years, with Picasso himself having lived and painted there - the tourist office was once his studio. There are now many galleries to visit, interspersed with a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the museum of classical art should be present on any itinerary.
