Just 300m from the waterfront at the most south easterly tip of Menorca’s shoreline, this attractive coastal home sits within sheltered enclosed grounds in the local neighbourhood of Son Remei and is an ideal choice for those seeking well presented accommodation within close proximity of seafront amenities.

Slip the catch of the property’s front gate, stroll along a residential lane of other similar houses and you will find yourself on the rocky headland that faces east towards the tiny isle of Illa de L’Aire. Whitewashed cottages are sprinkled along its edge, a highly regarded restaurant makes the most of the stunning ocean views and steps lead the way down to a bathing platform for dips in the sea.

From here, follow the path that winds its way along the water’s edge for just over 1km to reach the sweeping crescent of fine white sand that adjoins the lively restaurant-lined streets of Punta Prima, where all amenities and a range of water sport facilities can be found.

A south facing aspect provides Villa Tranquilidad with a light and cheerful ambience both inside and out. Originally the local owner’s childhood home, its neat rooms have been recently refurbished to display up-to-the-minute fittings and an uncluttered décor of stylish muted tones.
