Much sought after yet seldom found, this well appointed property offers the enviable combination of a private pool and lawned garden in a pinewood setting whilst at the same time being just a 250m walk from the unspoilt fishing village of Tamariu and 490m from its family friendly sandy beach.

The interior is comfortable and bright  with a spacious open plan kitchen/dining/living area that opens out via sliding patio doors to the pool and garden where a conveniently located brick built barbecue will no doubt provide many enjoyable poolside feasts. The garden itself is fully enclosed with a flat, lawned area surrounding the pool that then slopes down to a children's play corner with swings and slide.

From the peaceful cul-de-sac in which the house is located, head down the nearby rustic steps and wander through typical streets to reach the sandy beach of this unquestionably picturesque coastal village. Such close proximity to Tamariu also means that the fine wines and fresh seafood on offer in its excellent beachside restaurants can be enjoyed to the full without dependence on a car to return home for that final nightcap by the pool.

For snorkelling enthusiasts, the pretty cove of Cala Aigua Xelida (1.4km) lies just over the hill and boasts an abundance of marine life and hidden, underwater caves whilst other renowned beauty spots such as Llafranc (5.5km) and Aigua Blava (2.5km) are all a short drive away.

There is a summer bus service to the local town of Palafrugell (4.5km) which hosts a daily fruit and vegetable market as well as a wonderful, bustling Sunday market where all manner of local produce and goods are on offer.
