Following the success of its sister properties, Llanama and El Balcon, this exciting new addition to our portfolio of properties in El Gastor is the latest creation of one of our most long-standing owners in the area.

As with his other houses, the owner has succeeded in selecting a wonderfully private plot that looks out across the most captivating vista of the picturesque rolling countryside that unfolds like a picture around the charming ‘pueblo blanco’ of El Gastor.  A short pull up the driveway brings you to a sweeping semi-circle which spreads out like a large outdoor gallery overlooking the extensive panorama; a private viewpoint with in-built barbecue and picnic table perfectly positioned for dining with a view.

From here, a few steps lead up to the smartly terraced poolside, which enjoys the same stunning outlook and is thoughtfully appointed with attractive cane parasols and a covered dining terrace, via which the stylish stone house is entered. 

Displaying the quality furnishings, attractive beamed ceilings and feature stone walls that have become such a trademark of this caring owner, the interior will instantly appeal.  In the charmingly colourful bathrooms, stylish ceramic hand basins catch the eye with their exquisite glazed finish whilst in the immaculate kitchen even washing up will be a pleasure, since the sink is positioned just under a window that perfectly captures the vista ahead.

The attractions of this unquestionably scenic region of Andalucía are plentiful.  Just a 5 minute drive from the house is the typical white village of El Gastor which provides all amenities and some excellent restaurants within its flower-bedecked streets and squares.  Also within easy reach are the following unmissable meccas: Zahara de la Sierra (20km), Ronda (30km), Arcos de la Frontera (60km), Jerez (90km) and Sevilla (110km).
*As this is a protected area of natural beauty, barbecue bans may be enforced from early June.  If this is the case, an electric 'plancha' will be provided for outdoor catering.
