Just west of Grasse, tucked away down a quiet lane yet close to amenities, this welcoming and airy property possesses all the ingredients for a truly relaxing stay.

Inside, a fresh white décor and a delightful blend of traditional and modern furnishings create a comfortable and inviting ‘home from home’, lovingly maintained and constantly improved by the meticulous owners.

Arched glazed sliding doors lead out onto the south-facing terrace which runs the length of the house, with two pergola canopies providing shade in the middle of the day for an outdoor lounge and an al fresco dining area. Its elevated hillside position affords both a wonderful sense of space and, particularly from the first floor, far-reaching views westward to Lake St Cassien.

The beautifully kept grounds comprise tiered lawn and landscaped areas burgeoning with mature trees and flowering shrubs, and the pool enjoys a sheltered and completed secluded spot on a slightly lower level to the house. A private boules court allows guests the opportunity to try their hand at this quintessentially Provençal pastime.

Horse riding and tennis are available in the vicinity and there are world class golf courses in this region with the nearest being just 6km away. Spéracèdes offers local shops for the basics while further amenities, restaurants and supermarkets are within a short drive in neighbouring Val du Tignet (2km) or the pretty ‘village perché’ of Cabris (3km). A wide range of restaurants can also be found in Grasse (9km), famous for its perfumeries which offer fascinating guided tours. If you wish to head to the coast for the day, the beaches and marinas of the Côte d’Azur are easily accessible including Cannes (25km) and Antibes (32km).
