In fact Tuscan food and wine has been described as being \u2018superlative\u2019. Picking the best restaurants out of a superlative bunch is almost as difficult as finding a needle in a haystack, although we have managed to pick out three great restaurants in Tuscany that should definitely be given a try.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ristorante Poldino<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ristorante Poldino is situated in the heart of the Migliarino Regional Park at San Rossore, Massaciuccoli. Set within an historical 19<sup>th<\/sup> century building, this highly popular restaurant has been serving top-notch Tuscan cuisine for more than three generations.<\/p>\n<p>The Ristorante Poldino is particularly well-known for its delicious dishes comprising of sheep\u2019s cheese, wild boar, pine nuts and fallow deer, and it is not uncommon to see wild boar or fallow deer grazing close to the restaurant as you dine.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>II Bistrot<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>II Bistrot is located in the Piazza Chiara Gambacorti in Pisa. If you are looking for tasty Tuscan cuisine without any pretension or frills then II Bistrot offers great food in an atmospheric position on the edge of the piazza.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ristorante La Pergoletta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Set in the heart of the Pisa\u2019s old town, Via delle Belle Torri, Ristorante La Pergoletta provides a cosy ambience in a candle-lit garden.<\/p>\n<p>Being a stone\u2019s throw from the world-famous Teatro Verdi La Pergoletta, Ristorante La Pergoletta has always been a favourite haunt for established and aspiring artists and is often referred to as the \u2018Restaurant of Artists\u2019.
