If you go on holiday to Tuscany, eating out is likely to be part of your itinerary because after all Italian cuisine is simply irresistible. Italians enjoy eating out regularly and children are very much part of the vibrant and pleasantly boisterous restaurant scene.<\/p>\n

\"Three<\/a><\/p>\n

Similar to much of the continent, Italians tend to eat their evening meal later than the British and many of the restaurants don\u2019t open until 8pm and rarely get going until 10 or even 11pm at the weekends.<\/p>\n

If you are a \u2018foodie\u2019 or simply a lover of Italian food \u2013 aren\u2019t we all! \u2013 then Tuscany is certainly the right part of the world to take a holiday. In fact Tuscan food and wine has been described as being \u2018superlative\u2019. Picking the best restaurants out of a superlative bunch is almost as difficult as finding a needle in a haystack, although we have managed to pick out three great restaurants in Tuscany that should definitely be given a try.<\/p>\n

Ristorante Poldino<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ristorante Poldino is situated in the heart of the Migliarino Regional Park at San Rossore, Massaciuccoli. Set within an historical 19th<\/sup> century building, this highly popular restaurant has been serving top-notch Tuscan cuisine for more than three generations.<\/p>\n

The Ristorante Poldino is particularly well-known for its delicious dishes comprising of sheep\u2019s cheese, wild boar, pine nuts and fallow deer, and it is not uncommon to see wild boar or fallow deer grazing close to the restaurant as you dine.<\/p>\n

II Bistrot<\/strong><\/p>\n

II Bistrot is located in the Piazza Chiara Gambacorti in Pisa. If you are looking for tasty Tuscan cuisine without any pretension or frills then II Bistrot offers great food in an atmospheric position on the edge of the piazza.<\/p>\n
