Run by Albert Adria of the well- known Adria brothers, the \u2018Tickets\u2019 restaurant is themed like a fairground. This restaurant is a fun, full of irreverent joy, and is the type of place where the only thing that is serious is the food. Tickets is particularly famed for it razor clams, which are recommended if one want to taste the true essence of the sea. Although look out for the ice-cream carts and candy floss machines, as well – A truly wacky place to dine and great for families with children.<\/p>\n

AbaC<\/strong><\/p>\n

The youngest chef in the whole of Spain to receive a Michelin star was Jordi Cruz, who was awarded the highest honour in cooking when he was still only 25-years-old. Jordi is the head chef in AbaC, a slickly designed restaurant with fine food trending towards the experimental.<\/p>\n
