Villa Nicole is a stunning hillside property which has equally impressive views of the wonderful French countryside. Being just\u00a0 ten kilometres from Cannes, the choicest of Mediterranean towns, Villa Nicole enjoys the privileged position of being surrounded by breathtaking countryside whilst being in the heart of one of the most glamorous parts of the world.<\/p>\n

\"Villa<\/a><\/p>\n

The luxury villa near Cannes\u00a0has three bedrooms and can sleep seven people. Original artwork from the owner hangs elegantly on the walls. The furniture is a blend of the modern and traditional, which trends towards art d\u00e9cor with some real old authentic and unusual pieces tastefully added. Cosy lighting tastefully complements the neat pastel shades in this beautifully decorated villa. The diagonal pattern of the terracotta floor tiles is a master stroke and definitely worth the effort.<\/p>\n

The master bedroom on the lower ground floor has an en-suite bathroom with ‘his and hers’ wash basins. An inviting jacuzzi-style bath is perfect for getting into the luxurious and pampering spirit of the Cote d’ Azur. French doors lead out of the master bedroom onto the terrace while the first floor bedrooms both have Juliet balconies \u2013 an understandable emphasis on the villa’s magnificent views.<\/p>\n

Villa Nicole’s exterior is equally as delightful. Terraces and steps of real stone go well with the plants, shrubs, trees and flowers that surround the villa. There are many interesting nooks and crannies which contain both sun and shade. As the sunlight on the garden begins to vanish, you can simply move along to another sun-drenched spot.<\/p>\n

The translucent water of the large private swimming pool invites guests to take a dip, whilst a surrounding terrace with sun loungers are equally as inviting to lie back and soak up those French Riviera rays. With a summer kitchen not far from the pool, al-fresco dining comes complete with a refrigerator so you won’t have to keep on running indoors for another cold drink!<\/p>\n

Mouans Sartoux is just four kilometres away from the villa. Mouans Sartoux is a truly lovely little town, where, a bit like Villa Nicole, the new blends beautifully with the old. The Chateaux Mouans Sartoux was built at the beginning of the 16th<\/sup> century and is the historical highlight of the town.<\/p>\n

Slightly further afield is the equally as charismatic old Roman town of Valbonne. Here you will have a choice of great restaurants and bars to wine and dine in. A short drive from Villa Nicole will see you in the centre of either of these two great towns. Or, if you don’t feel like driving, there is another great restaurant within easy walking distance of the Villa Nicole \u2013 In this part of France, you are never too far away some form of exquisite comfort.<\/p>\n
