Marinella Gris is located at the heart of the action in Calla d\u2019Or, an exciting and picturesque corner of Mallorca. Fine beaches and a choice of superb restaurants are within walking distance from this plush three bedroom villa.<\/p>\n

Marinella Gris\u2019 open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge provides a great swathe of living space. Open, light, clean and impressive, the whole area creates a fresh, bright and airy ambience.\u00a0 The second floor upper roof terrace is similar to its sister property\u2019s Marinella Blanca\u2019s terrace, where many a night stargazing at the clear night sky above awaits.<\/p>\n

Sunbathing or a shaded rest under cover are both possible on this fabulous roof terrace, which boasts magnificent views in every direction. Afraid of heights? There\u2019s no need to worry as there\u2019s plenty of action to be had way down below in the basement, including enjoying a game of table tennis.<\/p>\n

Marinella Gris sleeps six people in one double and two twin rooms, all of which are located on the first floor. These modern bedrooms boast a Mediterranean feel, augmented somewhat by fabulous views of the marina just beyond the town. Each of the bedrooms have air-conditioning, a much-welcomed facility on Mallorca during the summer months.<\/p>\n

Externally the property\u2019s private pool provides another means to cool down. Almost as inviting as the pool itself is the poolside terrace and a cute patch of lawn. The lawn\u2019s old olive tree provides some shade to spread out with a towel and a good book. With an in-built barbecue, the villa\u2019s covered outside terrace is a great place to cook mouth-watering Mediterranean cuisine and enjoy a chilled bottle of crisp, white Spanish wine.<\/p>\n

If you can manage to drag yourself away from the luxurious conveniences of Marinella Gris, there\u2019s plenty of things to do on your doorstep in this South Eastern corner of Mallorca. When the barbecue has been exhausted, the restaurant at the yacht club Port Petit is a highly regarded eatery. Or for more informal dining, Calla d\u2019Or is home to many an authentic tapas bar.<\/p>\n

A holiday on Mallorca simply wouldn\u2019t be complete without spending a few lazy days on the beach. With pine trees reaching down to the shore and many a photogenic cave to discover, the beaches around Calla d’Or certainly won\u2019t disappoint.<\/p>\n
