Everywhere you look in this beautifully-restored house lie interesting and quirky features. Whilst elegant artistic touches are weaved throughout Ca\u2019n Pulit the house is by no means void of practical and convenient appliances and accessories designed for modern living.<\/p>\n
This charming house has three bedrooms and sleeps six persons. The first double bedroom is located on the ground floor, which also comprises of a bathroom plus an additional shower room. The principle double bedroom, which is en-suite, is situated on the first floor. The third bedroom is a twin. With original paintings on the wall and a beamed ceiling, this bedroom exudes character and a rustic Mallorcan style.\u00a0 Despite being intrinsically different to the next, all three bedrooms radiate a rich and authentic vibe.<\/p>\n
Ca\u2019n Pulit\u2019s living rooms are equally as characterful. Solid stone surrounds the doorway, great wooden beams adorn the ceiling whilst the floor is covered with terracotta ceramic tiles. An open fireplace takes the chill out of the air for those out of season visits. The stone-walled stairway leads up out of the downstairs lounge and is a real feature in this stunningly-renovated house.<\/p>\n
With a terracotta vaulted roof and a marvellous little stone wall above the work top, the kitchen and dining area is as interestingly shaped and furnished as the rest of the property. With all the essential mod-cons a modern kitchen demands, rustling up some hearty food or fresh salad won\u2019t be a problem in Ca\u2019n Pulit\u2019s beautiful kitchen.<\/p>\n
Dominated by a fantastic pool with green tiles, the outside rear of this Mallorcan house is crying out to be utilised and enjoyed. The land surrounding the pool is beautifully terraced with chunky well- worked stone walls adding depth and character to the exterior. The garden is brimming with colour, vitality and fragrance having been lovingly planted with all manner of shrubs, trees and flowers.<\/p>\n
Two outside dining areas means guests are spoilt for choice when it comes to al fresco gastronomy. There is yet another shower room outside and a further poolside shower which means that five of the six people staying in Ca’n Pulit could be taking their own separate shower at the same time!<\/p>\n
Selva is a picturesque town surrounded by mountain views and open countryside. You can eat great food in the restaurants and be acquainted with the locals in the many atmospheric bars Selva is home to.<\/p>\n
Beautiful beaches and sandy coves are just a 30 minute drive away from Ca\u2019n Pulit, meaning it\u2019s an \u2018arduous\u2019 tossup between spending the day at Ca\u2019n Pulit\u2019s stunning private pool or spending it on a fabulous Mallorcan beach.<\/p>\n
