Vintage Travel is delighted to introduce Casa Sandra to our Catalonia programme. This attractive family home is situated in a great location in residential Begur, a short drive to the characterful beaches of the exhilarating Costa Brava coastline.<\/p>\n

Casa Sandra comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms and can sleep up to eight guests. This modern villa is spacious, airy, stylish and bright, exuding sophistication and comfort in every room.<\/p>\n

The villa\u2019s eye-catching d\u00e9cor and open-plan design complements its modern furnishings and fittings. Under the intense Spanish heat of the summer Casa Sandra\u2019s tiled floor creates a welcoming cool feel underfoot. For guests visiting in the chillier months, central heating ensures the house remains warm all year round.<\/p>\n

The villa\u2019s double bedroom is en-suite with doors that lead to a terrace. In fact each of the bedrooms enjoy patio doors which lead onto a terrace so guests can soak up the warm and clear Catalonian air. Every bedroom also has its own unique colour palette and style, augmenting the striking appeal of this stunning Mediterranean home.<\/p>\n

With a fully-enclosed and gated garden, which means the property\u2019s private pool can be closed off, Casa Sandra is an excellent choice of accommodation for families with young children.<\/p>\n

As most properties in this sun-drenched corner of Spain, Casa Sandra is geared towards spending time outside. Asides the villa\u2019s inviting and amply-sized pool, there are lawns to walk round, lemon trees to enjoy some shade, covered and open terraces to sunbathe, read a book and relax on, and a dining area with a built-in barbecue.<\/p>\n

Though as comforting and relaxing as Casa Sandra might be, this area of Catalonia is crying out to be explored.<\/p>\n

Just several kilometres from the casa is Platja Fonda, which has been described as being \u201cone of the most curious coves in the Costa Brava.\u201d This pretty little cove lies at the foot of a dramatic cliff and faces the beautiful Cape of Begur.<\/p>\n

Just over five kilometres from Casa Sandra is Aigua Blava, another small and pretty Costa Brava bay. Seafood lovers really are at home at Aigua Blava as the town has a handful of great seafood restaurants. With sailing and motor boats gently bobbing up and down in the bay, Aigua Blava is one of a number of elegant and upmarket fishing villages this stretch of Spanish coastline is home to.<\/p>\n

With the larger towns of Calella de Parafrugell and Palamos nearby, this quaint and charming spot of north east Spain really is the perfect place to become acquainted with authentic Catalan life.<\/p>\n
