Casa Chacon is a three bedroom townhouse situated in the heart of the bustling town of Pollenca, in the far northern corner of Mallorca.<\/p>\n

This well-appointed house can sleep up to six guests. Casa Chacon is positioned discreetly behind a classic stone fa\u00e7ade on a quiet residential side street in Pollenca. Its enviable location means guests have the many bars, shops, restaurants and other amenities conveniently within walking distance.<\/p>\n

This stylish townhouse boasts a rustic and characterful interior that emphasises the use of natural materials, including wooden beams, exposed stone walls and terracotta tiles.<\/p>\n

The house blends the traditional with the contemporary, as several modern features can be found in Casa Chacon, including a modern fitted bathroom, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.<\/p>\n

The three bedrooms are ample in size and are done up to a high standard. Guests can also enjoy their own washroom or shower room as the house has three bathrooms. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms have doors that lead to the sun terrace where guests can enjoy views of Pollenca\u2019s rooftops and soak up some of Mallorca\u2019s notoriously warm rays.<\/p>\n

Outside Casa Chacon has a tiered garden and a decent sized pool at one end. The pool is fenced off giving parents of young children peace of mind. A built-in barbecue outside encourages guests to wine and dine in the open air. Two shaded dining terraces provide places to eat and relax out of the glare of the sun.<\/p>\n

Step outside of Casa Chacon and the bustling and vibrant town of Pollenca is waiting to be explored. This attractive old Mallorcan town is nestled between two hills at the eastern end of the Serra de Tramuntana. Each of the hills are topped with a sacred site.<\/p>\n

Good Friday Procession<\/strong><\/p>\n

Easter can be a great time to visit Pollenca when the Good Friday Procession makes its way from the church on the hilltop down to the church in the town. 365 steps separate these two churches.<\/p>\n

Climbing to the top of the Puig de Pollenca to visit the ancient hermit nun\u2019s monastery on the peak of the hill ensures a memorable day out. The view from Puig de Pollenca\u2019s crescent is incredible.<\/p>\n

Closer to home is the town\u2019s \u2018Plaza Mayor\u2019 \u2013 main square \u2013 which is lined by numerous great restaurants and bars.<\/p>\n

The Moors and Christians Festival<\/strong><\/p>\n

Early August is another great time to visit Pollenca when the Moors and Christians Festival takes place. The annual event sees locals and visitors flock to the Pollenca\u2019s streets as several days of colour, music, eating and dancing revelry engulf this lively town.<\/p>\n

For anyone yearning for a day on the beach or to do some exciting activities, splendid beaches, watersports, two golf courses, cycling and walking trails, are within easy access from Casa Chacon.<\/p>\n
