Late Winter and early Spring across the Continent can still be rather chilly, making the thought of swimming in your villa\u2019s private pool a little daunting. But don\u2019t fret… many of our villas have heated pools<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A great example is La Vall\u00e9e<\/a>, a four bedroom, four bathroom house sleeping eight situated in South West France with a heated pool, badminton net and games room with table tennis, table football, darts, boules, cricket and rounders equipment. n addition, there is central heating throughout the house.<\/p>\n

Set amongst 1.6 hectares of lawns and fields, this lovely property is surrounded by meadows and sits at the head of a hidden valley with superb views over the River Aveyron and the surrounding countryside.<\/p>\n

Turning to Croatia, there\u2019s a private kidney shaped pool \u2013 which can be heated \u2013 at Campo<\/a>, a newly built three bedroom (all with air-con), three bathroom house sleeping six which is situated in the traditional stone-built hamlet of Rakovci in central Istria.<\/p>\n

Internal features include honey-coloured stone walls, bespoke oak dining table, oak flooring and a sauna, whilst outdoors there\u2019s a covered barbecue area, open and covered terraces and extensive lawns.<\/p>\n

Prices do not include return UK flights and car hire, but these can be arranged on request.<\/p>\n
