Villa Montgri is just a short downhill stroll to Aigua Xelida Beach, a pretty little cove on this beautiful stretch of rugged and invigorating Costa Brava coastline.<\/p>\n

The pretty fishing village of Tamariu is less than 1000 metres from the house where you\u2019ll find some great seafood restaurants and bars, straddled along a sandy horseshoe bay. Tamariu is also home to a number of shops where you\u2019ll be able to pick up all those necessary holiday items.<\/p>\n
Slightly further along the coast lie the upmarket fishing villages of Llanfranc, Calella de Palafrugell and the larger inland town of Palafrugell, which has a great weekly market.<\/p>\n
One of the biggest pleasures of visiting this region of the Costa Brava has to be meandering along the natural stone-paved narrow path that ascends and descends along this craggy stretch of coastline, dropping by the characterful and chic towns and villages of this ultra-desirable part of Catalonia.<\/p>\n
