It boasts an extremely smart interior and, like many big houses in the region, flaunts fabulous views of the sweeping Andaluc\u00eda countryside this area of inland Spain is blessed with.<\/p>\n

The chicly-presented interior boasts chunky high wooden beams overhead, mirrored by traditional terracotta tiles synonymous with Andaluc\u00eda underfoot, giving El Patio true rustic charm.\u00a0 Feature painted walls, pretty fabrics and wrought iron balconies all add to the bucolic appeal of this stunning country home.<\/p>\n
The ground floor comprises of a split level living\/dining room with a television, DVDs, Wi-Fi and a fireplace, which also augments the character of the interior. Patio doors lead from the living room into El Patio\u2019s idyllic exterior, with panoramic views of the Andalusian mountains in the distance.<\/p>\n
The kitchen\/breakfast room contains all the appliances you\u2019ll require to rustle up dishes using fine local ingredients. All three bedrooms have their own balcony, making the most of the spectacular views that surround this country home. The two upstairs bedrooms have air-conditioning, an extremely welcome feature, particularly in the height of summer when this part of Spain is notoriously hot.<\/p>\n
The focal point of El Patio\u2019s exterior has to be its large infinity edge swimming pool with wide Roman steps, which again makes the most of the exceptional views that frame this elevated property.\u00a0 Other exterior delights include a poolside shower, children\u2019s swings, a well-maintained lawn, covered and open terraces and a barbecue for some memorable al fresco dining.<\/p>\n
The traditional village of El Gastor is just a five minute drive from El Patio where you\u2019ll find some quality restaurants and shops to pick up essentials. Drive south for approximately 30 minutes and you\u2019ll find the picturesque whitewashed hillside town of Ronda, renowned for its privileged position amidst jagged Andalusian sierras and retaining a traditional Spanish heritage and culture.<\/p>\n
