If you\u2019re looking for spacious accommodation for a large party of holidaymakers that\u2019s close to the beach on the stunning Costa Brava, then look no further than Casa Susana. This recent addition to our Catalan programme of properties boasts six bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests in the main house and a further four in a joining annexe.<\/p>\n

This traditionally Mediterranean country home enjoys a superb location at the end of a pretty no-through road that\u2019s just 1.2 kilometres from the beautiful sandy beach of Pals. The enchanting medieval town of Pals is just five kilometres from Casa Susana.<\/p>\n

This bright, airy and beautifully furnished villa is a real sight for sore eyes! Being in an elevated position, Casa Susana enjoys incredible views of the emerald, tree-strewn vista that surrounds it, backed by the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea sparkling under the sunlight. Both the property\u2019s interior and exterior make the most of its magnificent views with French doors, large windows and spacious terraces designed to optimise the vista.<\/p>\n

Casa Susana\u2019s spacious open-plan living room boasts a traditionally Mediterranean yet contemporary vibe. The house is well equipped with Wi-Fi, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD, CD, and central heating for those out of season visits.<\/p>\n

The villa\u2019s lower level houses several spacious, comfortable and stylish bedrooms, two of which have access to an outdoor terrace, which overlooks the incredible views. From the lower level a door opens out to a well-maintained garden and the villa\u2019s large, private pool.<\/p>\n

A self-contained annex can be accessed independently from the garden, giving guests some additional privacy from the rest of the party. This stylish annexe boasts its own open-plan living room\/kitchenette, as well as a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shower room.<\/p>\n

Casa Susana\u2019s enclosed grounds are the perfect spot to soak up the sun, take in Catalonia\u2019s scenery at its finest, meander round the lawns, and enjoy a drink or two and a spot of breakfast, lunch, dinner or supper on the terraces.<\/p>\n

Dragging your party from this idyllic Mediterranean setting might be difficult, but you\u2019ll find a timeless world waiting to be explored on your doorstep. The stunning stretch of coastline is scattering with quirky coves and exhilarating coastal walks, fringed by sweetly-smelling pine trees.<\/p>\n
