Being just 200m from the beautiful sweeping Bay of Pollenca, encircling a fine white sandy beach, backed by a popular pedestrianised promenade, which is home to many bustling bars, restaurants and shops, El Cano is incredibly well positioned.<\/p>\n<p>This tasteful townhouse was recently refurbished to an extremely high standard. Traditional features such as imposing wooden beams overhead are married with more contemporary furniture and fittings, crafting a welcoming and stylish interior.<\/p>\n<p>The focal point of this well-thought out townhouse has to be its walled courtyard, which is accessed through patio doors that lead from the kitchen. The quant exterior area is home to a private swimming pool, where guests can cool down and have fun in this secluded courtyard.<\/p>\n<p>Next to the pool is a convenient shaded dining area and barbecue where many a memorable al fresco meal can take place.
