Les Hautes Roches is a new villa to our portfolio of properties on the Cote d\u2019Azur. This distinctive rose-coloured villa has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and can sleep four guests.<\/p>\n

\"Explore<\/p>\n

Les Hautes Roches is just a 10-minute walk from the lively village of Collobri\u00e8res, nestled amid the dense forest of Maures. The pleasant streets of this traditional and characterful village are lined with quaint houses that lead to a shaded town square with an ancient fountain.<\/p>\n

Collobri\u00e8res is just 35km to the west of St. Tropez, where guests can experience the world-renowned glamour, glitz and prestige of this part of France.<\/p>\n

Les Hautes Roches\u2019 spacious grounds are enclosed by a gated entrance. The villa\u2019s extensive exterior is made for enjoying outdoor living, comprising of a large garden with levelled terraces, an upper terrace with dining table, a second covered terrace area, a gas \u2018plancha\u2019 and an outside television.<\/p>\n

Fun in the sunshine can be enjoyed by everyone at this well-facilitated villa, which has an outdoor boules\u2019 areas and a private swimming pool.<\/p>\n

Internally, Les Hautes Roches is equally as spacious and inviting with a cosy TV room, en-suite bedrooms and a living\/dining room with French doors that lead to the kitchen terrace.<\/p>\n

Asides exploring the charming town of Collobri\u00e8res that\u2019s accessed via a 12th<\/sup> century bridge that crosses the river, or becoming acquainted with the livelier coastal towns of the Cote d\u2019Azur, walking along the network of footpaths that weave across the stunning Provencal countryside, is a treasured pleasure that\u2019s there for the taking when staying at the beautiful villa of Les Hautes Roches.<\/p>\n
