Every\nTuesday morning this charming square bursts into life when the weekly open\nmarket takes place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jalon\u2019s quaint streets are lined with an abundance of\nboutiques, bars and restaurants, the perfect place to wine, dine, shop and\nrecharge the batteries following a walk in the stunning valley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parcent is another tranquil and traditional village.\nRenowned Spanish author Gabriel Miro described Parcent as a \u201cparadise between\nthe mountains\u201d and that little had changed there since he lived there in the\nmid-20<sup>th<\/sup> century. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the heart of the village is a parish church with a quirky\nbell tower.
