Here\u2019s a little more information:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bolara<\/strong> \u2013 This is a very pretty <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vintagetravel.co.uk\/villa_details.cfm?p_id=729\" target=\"_blank\">villa in Istria<\/a><\/strong> designed for 2. It has just 1 bedroom and one bathroom and is situated in Ponte Porton\u00a0(Gro\u017enjan). As with all of our properties, Bolara has its own private pool and stunning views of the Mirna river valley, looking into its dense in oak forest.<\/p>\n<p>The villa is in fact nestled in amongst the wooded valley slopes and not far away from the medieval hilltop village of Gro\u017enjan. \u00a0It is in fact an ancient farmer\u2019s cottage, which contains a wealth of character in the form of open-faced walls, a large in-built stone fireplace, internal arches and solid wood cross beams etc.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1001\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1001\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vintagetravel.co.uk\/villa_details.cfm?p_id=729\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1001\" title=\"bolara pools\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vintagetravel.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/06\/bolara-pools-300x222.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"222\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1001\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Bolara&#8217;s stunning poolside views<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Approximately 2km away you\u2019ll discover a delightful \u00a0local restaurant serving Istrian specialities such as gnocchi, fresh asparagus and a range of truffle dishes. Gro\u017enjan (7km) is home to a mini market and two caf\u00e9 bars as well as stunning views, delightful architecture and a wealth of galleries and craft shops selling artwork, jewellery and ceramics. Further supermarkets and various seafront restaurants are found between Novigrad and Umag (30 mins) together with beautiful, clear water pebble beaches such as Mareda and Dalja.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vintagetravel.co.uk\/villa_details.cfm?p_id=362 \" target=\"_blank\">Klarici<\/a> \u2013 Another stunning property build for a romantic couple in mind. The villa has been fully refurbished and sits in total seclusion in the undulating heartland of northern Istria.
